I have to say I have suddenly have a serious craving for a grilled cheese sandwhich and some tomato soup! YUMMY!I think I can splurge a little, I have been working out 3 times a week for 2 months now, and I feel great! If anyone wants to join me in Jazzercise class, Tatiana and I go to class Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:00-10:00. It`s fun and you get a great workout in! On Monday I stay an extra 45 min. for the Body Sculpting class.... I`m ready to get a hot mama body back! Hey, gotta be in shape for my birthday this month! Gotta look good for the big 29!

There are plenty of healthy recipes for comfort foods too! They don't all have to be bad.
